BOOKS AND PERIODICALS
CIRCULATION SECTIONS

These are books from almost all fields and written by foreign and filipino authors. Green tape is placed on the upper spine of a book to indicate location. It can be loaned for home use(overnight and over weekend) or photocopy for thirty (30) minutes allowable time after it was discharged from the counter.
FILIPINIANA SECTION
​
These collections are written by Filipino authors, setting or subjects covered are about the Philippines. Red tape is placed at the upper spine of a book to indicate location. It can be loaned for home use (overnight or over weekend) or photocopy for thirty (30) minutes allowable time after it was discharged from the counter.
RESERVE SECTION

One copy of all book titles from filipiniana and circulation sections can be found in reserve. It can be loaned for photocopy but not for home use, exceptions are made for Faculty and Administrative Staff.
GENERAL REFERENCES
​​
These collections include encyclopedias, dictionaries, almanacs, handbook, etc. General references collections are for library use only and can be photocopied inside the library only. Orange tape is placed at the upper spine of a book to indicate location. Also found are theses, dissertions and vertical files for library use and can be photocopied inside the library. For theses, feasibility studies and dissertions only the abstract is allowed for photocopy.
PERIODICAL SECTION

These are bounds and unbound periodicals, recent or later issue are available for library use only, exceptions are made for faculty and administrative officer. It was displayed for recreational and research purposes and can be found inside the internet room. Also includes magazines published by volumes and school publications such as school papers and research abstracts.
